1. Introduction

Welcome to MAKTASTIC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including after-school clubs and children’s parties. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with any part these terms and conditions, please refrain from using or accessing our services.

 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MAKTASTIC (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") services, including our website, after-school clubs, party bookings, and any other interactions with us (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "you" and "your" refer to parents, guardians, or other individuals using our services on behalf of a child, as well as the children participating in our programs. 

2. Booking and Payment

• 2.1 After-School Clubs: Enrolment in our after-school clubs is subject to availability. To confirm your child's spot, we require full payment upfront at the time of registration. This ensures a seamless enrolment process and secures your place in the program.
• 2.2 Children’s Parties: All party bookings must be made through our official channels and are subject to availability. To finalise your booking, we request full payment in advance, facilitating an efficient and organized event planning experience.
• 2.3 Prices are subject to change; however, the rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• 3.1 After-School Clubs: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the start of the program for a refund of any fees paid, minus a cancellation fee of £2.50. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
• 3.2 Children’s Parties: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee which will be 20% of your booking. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the full amount paid.
• 3.3 If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.

4. Event Responsibilities

• 4.1 After-School Clubs: Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their child’s medical and dietary needs. Please ensure that children arrive on time and are picked up promptly.
• 4.2 Children’s Parties: You are responsible for providing accurate information about the event, including the number of guests and any special requirements. Ensure that all guests adhere to our safety guidelines and rules.
• 4.3 We reserve the right to refuse service or end the event early if guests or participants engage in unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

5. Equipment and Facilities

• 5.1 All equipment and facilities provided must be used responsibly. Any damage or loss will be charged to the responsible party.
• 5.2 For after-school clubs, ensure that children have appropriate clothing and personal items. For parties, the venue must be prepared and accessible at the agreed time.

6. Liability

• 6.1 We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during our programs or events, except where caused by our negligence.
• 6.2 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAKTASTIC from any claims or damages resulting from participation in our services.

7. Health and Safety

• 7.1 After-School Clubs: We take the health and safety of all participants seriously. If your child is unwell or has a medical condition, please notify us in advance.
• 7.2 Children’s Parties: We adhere to strict safety protocols. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or medical conditions of party guests.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• 8.1 We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described.

9. Changes to Terms

• 9.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

10. Governing Law

• 10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
